Age is just a number.
Do whatever you feel like doing.
What you eat, matters. What you think, matters.
Nobody cares about how you look, where you stand and what happens to you. So it’s better to stop living in your head or get worried about what others might think about you.
It doesn’t matter to walk in flip-flops till the end of the earth and eat in any ground folding your legs and whatever.
Every day is a new beginning and opportunity to start whatever you want to achieve.
It’s useless to explain to someone who pretends to visualize the white colour as black or grey or whatever.
Self-love and self-respect is the basic yet powerful tool for your peaceful life.
Attitude is everything. You are sad?
You want to stay in the couch forever?
Or you want to go out in the sun? To feel better.
Cut off overspending and oversharing. It overshadows your life. Do everything in limitations.
Dance till your ankle hurts. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Sleep until you feel rejuvenated. It’s power pack.
Take care of your body and it will respect you.

Thank you ….As I get older, I realize that:
Money is my friend and the basis of my freedom.

Soulmate is someone who makes you want to grow and be a better person, bake cakes, learn languages, be more charitable, look and feel better.
When bad stuff happens 99.9% of the time it’s no big deal
Looks do not reflect character.
It is not necessary to impress people.
For the last dozen years, I’ve been living a (relatively) simple life. At times, the complexity of my life grows, and I renew my commitment to living simply.
Living a simple life is about paring back, so that you have space to breathe. It’s about doing with less, because you realize that having more and doing more doesn’t lead to happiness.
It’s about finding joys in the simple things, and being content with solitude, quiet, contemplation and savoring the moment.
I’ve learned some key lessons for living a simple life, and I thought I’d share a few with you.
We create our own struggles. All the stress, all the frustrations and disappointments, all the busyness and rushing … we create these with attachments in our heads. By letting go, we can relax and live more simply.
Do you want to add a word or two?
Nothing happens by chance, everything happens by choice.
Nature heals everything. Broken heart. Mood swings. You name it.
Life is cooking, doing dishes, going for a job and repeating that over and over again for the rest of your life 90 percent. So don’t take the other 10 percent of your life for granted and enjoy!
The truth is I am not striving to become a perfect minimalist.
How many of us are really willing to live in just 150 square feet of space or to purge all but one hundred of our most prized possessions?
The Internet is full of extreme images that capture our attention, but most of what we see doesn’t resemble anything close to the world in which we live.
There is a huge gap between those pictures and where I stand right now. Maybe minimalism isn’t even the proper word. Perhaps living simply would be a better name for what I’m attempting.
