Satisfaction is what fulfils our heart and success is what fulfils our desires.
Let us analyse different permutations and combinations of both of these.
Person who got success but working for satisfaction.
Person who is successful but not satisfied.
Successful to earn lots money but never satisfied with it.
Success means a sense of accomplishment after you have toiled a lot and have got the desired result whereas satisfaction means you feel a sense of accomplishment irrespective of you achieving the desired result you had yearned for.
We human being should not get ourselves confused with the notion of Satisfaction.
Some people take satisfaction to be an end to human endeavour and is often confused with complacency.
Complacency is not working towards realization of your goal whereas satisfaction means (sometimes and not always) working for it and not achieving it.
Satisfaction in life is subjective and can vary greatly from person to person.
Some people may find satisfaction in their personal relationships, while others may find it in their career or hobbies. But i can give some points like……It is important to remember that satisfaction in life is not something that can be pursued directly.
It is often a by-product of living a meaningful and fulfilling life, and finding happiness and contentment within oneself.
A sense of accomplishment or progress towards personal goals.
Positive and meaningful relationships with others.
A sense of purpose or meaning in life.
A healthy work-life balance.
Engaging in activities that bring enjoyment and personal fulfillment.
When you are not satisfied with something, it is easy to toss or set it aside.
Would you eat a meal you don’t like?
Would you wear a dress that doesn’t fit you?
Would you post a selfie that doesn’t show the best you?
Most likely NOT. Because you are not satisfied.
You can easily fix those things. You can order a new meal, find a better dress or apply a filter on your selfie.

Thank you …Yet, the alarming thing for me is people go on with their lives feeling unsatisfied. They have the option to improve, yet, they go on day after day living the same kind of life they have carrying the same frustrations.
Are you satisfied with your life right now?
Do you know the reason of your satisfaction or dissatisfaction?
Many people like to set expectations on us. They set limit on our abilities and how we perform. The brain can sometimes heed on those beliefs which bring constant frustration when we feel we come up short.
That is why most people feel the lack of satisfaction in life. They cannot unleash their true selves for the fear of breaking those expectations.
Fueled by the need to be recognized, we aspire to look perfect most of the time. Most people try to meet other’s expectations that they drift away from who they are.
You are not perfect. I am not either.
No one is.How many times did you pressure yourself to do something to please others?
Trying to always seek perfection will deplete your energy.
Set standards that will challenge you but will not force you to abandon your true being.
Let go of your need to please others and be perfect.
You can give your best, but accepting that it will not always be perfect will give you chance to breathe. Do not trade your authenticity to gain approval of others.
Be comfortable in your own skin. When you accept that you can’t be everything to everybody, you can embody the real you.
You can show the world the authentic version of yourself.
Do you want to add a word or two?….
Many people aspire to have the best in life. They want the best not just for them but for the people they value too. That is a very reasonable dream.
We all want to achieve that level where we can confidently say “we’re on our best stage.”
Yet, a lot of people won’t be because many wait for the opportunity to simply show up. When it shows up, they themselves don’t show up.
They don’t feel ready to embrace it.
You cannot rely on the waiting game to achieve what you want. You have to set your priorities straight to identify the perfect opportunity for you.
Your comments ….
Life is generous. It provides opportunities for everyone, but the people who benefit are those who have a crystal clear clue of what they are truly seeking for.
You will encounter several opportunities ahead, but not every opportunity is right for you.
You attract the right opportunity when you have an intention to look for it.
It would mean improving and educating yourself about it. It may require you to accomplish small opportunities leading to it.
The problem that eats our society today is the “entitlement” mentality. We have the freedom that the past generation only wished for, but some people turned it into “all-about-me” mentality.
They expect the world to give what they want. They demand a lot of things from life, but they don’t demand actions from themselves.
Entitlement makes us feel that God and the universe owe us something. It makes us feel they should cater to our needs. It leads to blaming others instead of taking responsibility for our actions.
By focusing on what others think of you, you lose the sense of your true self.
You perform based on their standards. You lose your creative soul to match their requirements.
